We built medical Practice Management Software as a SaaS. We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.
Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen. <3
We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024!
To ensure we have the right people in place for this, we are looking for a Global Junior Data Analyst for Marketing to join our global marketing team.
Job Description
As the Junior Data Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for analyzing lead and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
The following are the key responsibilities of the position:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, such as CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, CAC, ROMI, and marketing database engagement.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data that may indicate opportunities or challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing lead and revenue generation.
- Support data-driven decision-making by conducting ad-hoc analyses and answering data-related questions from stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality and accuracy, and take necessary actions to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization, and apply them to improve data analysis processes and tools.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
- Must have proficiency with SQL.
- Experience using Excel / Google Sheets, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to learn new platforms and skills.
- Not required, but experience with any of Python, Google Cloud, PHP would be beneficial in this role.

This role reports directly to Nick, our Global Team Lead of Marketing Analytics.
