Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist / Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, and enhancing our online visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive engagement and awareness of our business, including our services related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics GP.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain our presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate content for social media posts, stories, and updates.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.

Website Management:

  • Update and maintain our website with fresh content, including news, testimonials, and product/service information.
  • Liaise with the website hosting group to ensure smooth operation and timely updates.

Online Presence Building:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our online visibility and reach our target audience effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and online initiatives to expand our reach.

Video Editing and Creation:

  • Create and edit videos to support our content and social media marketing efforts.
  • Utilize video platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to reach and engage with our audience.

LinkedIn Marketing:

  • Craft and schedule LinkedIn posts to showcase our expertise, services, and thought leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and other website management platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in video editing is a must.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics GP is preferred but not required.
Benefits
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1200 - $1600 / month
