Description
As Head of Finance, you’ll work closely with the founders to lead the full financial function, support fundraising, and provide strategic financial guidance. You are a self starter, a detective and a problem solver well versed in telling stories through numbers.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage accounting processes
- Create materials for board discussions and support capital raising
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics, providing regular reporting on financial performance and recommending strategies for improvement
