Find.co, a leading multimedia group specializing in cryptocurrency, investing, iGaming and news, is seeking a passionate, results-focused SEO Manager to join our team. This fully remote position reports directly to the VP of Audience Development and SEO and will play a pivotal role in driving our SEO strategy forward by spearheading the creation and implementation of cutting-edge internal tools to assist in our overall SEO strategy, competitive analysis, reporting, and merger & acquisition.

This role will work in partnership with senior executives across Audience, SEO, Social, Sales, Business Intelligence, Product and Technology to grow and accelerate our opportunities in industry research, tooling, scoring our internal work and our acquisition pipeline. This role will not require previous management experience and at this time is not planned to have any reports.
This role is fully remote/work from home, with offices originating in Malta, and a globally distributed team across Europe and North America, with no requirement for travel. The VP of Audience Development & SEO, this role’s manager, is located in the NYC area and timezone, and operating hours of this role will preferably be the Eastern USA timezone.
\n- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of internal SEO tools in collaboration with product, business intelligence and development teams.
- Ownership of the projects and work under this role, including creating project timelines, managing partner/dev and design resources effectively, and tracking progress toward project goals.
- Communicate project status and roadmaps to stakeholders regularly, and deliver on-time results.
- Implement tools and services that differentiate our brand and capabilities to outpace our highly competitive industry, preferably driving value across all sites/verticals at the company.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink analysis.
- Knowledge of industry tooling and APIs, data collection strategies for SEO purposes.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and technology in the industry including the use of AI services for informed content creation, keyword research and topical authority.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google DataStudio/Looker Studio/Tableau) required.
- Highly capable and proficient using database, spreadsheet, presentation and document management services in creating business cases and presenting their value to an executive team.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success - working agency or brand side, with knowledge and ownership of project management and involvement with executive decision-making, company investments, and work prioritization.
- Strong skills in project management, requirement collection, and scoping methodologies for tracking tools/services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - a data-driven approach utilizing APIs, large data sources, Google Search Console, Google Trends, AI, Big Query, Screaming Frog, Lumar / SEMrush / AHREFs, Supermetrics, Sprout Social, etc.
- A network of SEO professionals to leverage industry knowledge and research as well as promote our brand’s solutions.
- Experience with coding languages like JS, PHP, Python, or scripting is a bonus.
- Crawl & Backlink Analysis: Deepcrawl, Botify, Majestic, bot server logs, xml, rss.
- Rank Tracking: Accuranker, Conductor, Brightedge.
