Description
We’re looking for a strategic Director of Operations, Ecommerce, to drive brand success at Flapen. As the Brand Owner, you’ll manage daily operations, ensuring alignment across supply chain, customer support, data analytics, and brand management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Performance: Track key metrics like sales and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and marketplace updates to maintain competitiveness.
- Optimize Listings: Audit product listings and suggest improvements.
- Resolve Issues: Address operational challenges quickly and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with brand management to align strategies and set goals.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Use customer support insights to improve satisfaction.
- Manage Supply Chain: Ensure product availability and quality.
- Lead Integrations: Oversee smooth transitions when acquiring new businesses.
- Drive Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
- Vision for Growth: Lead brand development, including new products and market expansions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Operational Expertise: Experience in managing complex operations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong P&L management, forecasting, and planning abilities.
- Project Management: Proven track record in handling complex projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
