In this role, you will be the voice of our brand for customers across the Nordic region, assisting them with inquiries, guiding them through the online shopping experience, and ensuring exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all interactions and maintain thorough records of customer requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends in e-commerce.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
