- Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships
- Support Senior Recruiters and Account Managers throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates
- Assist with various recruiting lifecycle tasks, including candidate submissions, managing ATS and databases, responding to candidates on job platforms, and posting job openings
- Provide regular performance updates and sourcing activity reports to management
- At least 1 year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies
- EducationBachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Experience in an agency or startup environment (Bonus)
- Experience sourcing for IT positions (Bonus)
