Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding e-commerce inquiries.
- Assist customers with their orders, including tracking, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Educate customers about product features and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer care or e-commerce roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
