Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German via phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions and inquiries related to our luxury offerings.
- Assist customers with their orders, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming to turn potential challenges into positive experiences.
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to ensure a streamlined communication process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and share insights that can improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the luxury or high-end service sector, is advantageous.
