Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products, account management, and service issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting issues and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate resolutions for complex issues.
- Stay informed about financial regulations, products, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Work towards achieving KPIs related to customer service quality and efficiency.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the financial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
