Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues as necessary.

Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
