Responsibilities
Marketing Assistance: Support social media efforts by scheduling and posting content, engaging with followers, and contributing to brand awareness strategies.Outbound Calling: Contact clients for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and promotional offers (preferred but not required).Tech-Savvy Tasks: Navigate and update salon management software, maintain digital records, and assist with online inventory tracking.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to maintain a luxury-oriented and professional tone in all interactions.Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.Experience in social media management (scheduling and posting) is a plus.Prior outbound calling experience is a bonus.
