Led by Verena Tschudi, an experienced coach with a passion for guiding women to success, our customers receive practical tools and insights tailored to each individual's journey. We are looking for a versatile and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our expanding business in the online coaching industry. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a commitment to continuous learning, and a track record of working effectively for multiple clients. If you’re quick to learn and excited to bring new ideas to the table, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
- Customer Support: Provide timely and efficient assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- Client Onboarding: Occasionally conduct onboarding calls (up to 15 minutes) to welcome clients joining our larger coaching programs. This may involve being on camera.
- Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing tasks, supporting our team with creative and administrative needs.
- Audio & Video Editing: Perform basic audio and video cutting to prepare content for various platforms.
- Technically support the entire business by working in various software.
- Adapt to and complete additional tasks as needed to support the business.
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)
- Mother Tongue German: Fluent in German to communicate effortlessly with our clients and team.
- Tech-Savvy: You have an aptitude to learn technical tools quickly.
- Proactive & High IQ: You are sharp, quick-thinking, and intuitive, able to learn fast and adapt to new challenges.
- Growth Mindset: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and constantly looking to improve.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and the ability to keep things light and forward-moving.
- VA Experience: Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant with multiple clients, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Ideas & Initiative: You bring fresh ideas to the table and are willing to share insights that can help us improve.
- Flexible with Tools: Skills are preferred over specific tool knowledge—you’ll have the support to learn anything needed on the job.

Offer Details
This is a part-time, remote, contractor position for 20 hours per week + potential for more. Compensation is 40 EUR/hr.
