Key Responsibilities
- Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement across landing pages, product pages, and the overall website.
- Develop, implement, and monitor A/B tests and multivariate tests to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough user experience research and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Leverage Google Sheets for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value.
- Monitor Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce performance tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborative Workflows:
- Manage projects through Monday.com boards, ensuring smooth communication and task management across teams.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Customer Journey Improvement:
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across the website.
- Continuously optimize the checkout process, user interfaces, and customer touchpoints to reduce friction and increase conversions.
- Shopify Management:
- Collaborate with the team to optimize Shopify product listings, pages, and overall site performance to improve the shopping experience.
- Communication:
- Use Slack for daily communication and updates with team members.
- Present CRO findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other CRO tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and techniques.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact conversion rates.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
