Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion Rate Optimization:
    • Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement across landing pages, product pages, and the overall website.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor A/B tests and multivariate tests to increase conversion rates.
    • Conduct thorough user experience research and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Leverage Google Sheets for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value.
    • Monitor Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce performance tools to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborative Workflows:
    • Manage projects through Monday.com boards, ensuring smooth communication and task management across teams.
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Customer Journey Improvement:
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across the website.
    • Continuously optimize the checkout process, user interfaces, and customer touchpoints to reduce friction and increase conversions.
  • Shopify Management:
    • Collaborate with the team to optimize Shopify product listings, pages, and overall site performance to improve the shopping experience.
  • Communication:
    • Use Slack for daily communication and updates with team members.
    • Present CRO findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other CRO tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact conversion rates.
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
