Job Description
Liquid is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai/Beirut with some flexibility for remote work. The role will be responsible for app user acquisition/lead generation and running day-to-day operations on key projects.
What we need:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in large data management on a CMS and user platforms will give you an edge
- 2 to 3 years of experience in user acquisition, ability to manage and convert incoming leads to app users and meet daily new user targets
- Develop, test, and oversee high ROI digital marketing channels including Paid Social, Social Media advertising and Email to improve user database
Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs for all campaigns whilst reporting requirements and dashboards are set up prior to campaign launches and media tests.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in social media marketing like Facebook/ Instagram is a plus
- Project management with clients, sharing reports, and resolving queries
- Run contests and referral campaigns to maximize user acquisitions through referrals
- Monitor and track campaign performance and deliver impression results within the budget
- Create project reports, data management and liaise with the developer team for the smooth functioning of CMS
- Capture key user feedback and ensure quick resolutions
- Prepare reports on project development, timelines, results, finances and billings post-completion of projects
Who you are?
- Expert with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as they will be the key programs you will be working with on a daily basis
- Excellent English written and spoken skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
- Target-driven, self starter & independent
- You have a meticulous eye for details and never let small details slip through the cracks.
- Extremely organized and process-driven. You are able to lean on your organization and time management skills to take on multiple projects at a time
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple roles
