We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, your role will be maintaining contacts with vendors, calling potential clients and suppliers, among other admin duties. Experience in using QuickBooks and Pipedrive is a must-have. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Get paid per hour in a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:« To generate leads on various platforms« Conduct email outreach« Manage social media engagement and interactions« Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers« Maintain regular contact with existing and new prospective clients« Verify all orders, shipping, quantity, and what to do with the order« Update existing data and generate comprehensive reports« Identify opportunities for process improvements & work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions
Preferred Skills« Experience in QuickBooks and Pipedrive is a must« Fluent in American English, written and oral« Good understanding of the American business culture« Customer-centric and willing to go the extra mile« Hard-working, reliable, flexible, and adaptable« Positive, with a can-do attitude to work« Solution-oriented and able to deal with stress« Ability to navigate new situations and issues« Skilled in handling challenging customers and clients.
