The Role:
As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our outcomes from demand generation activities through process improvement, opportunity discovery, and technology implementation. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, with a strong dotted line to the SVP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing and sales functions.
The Impact You’ll Make:
Lead the end-to-end lead management process, from capture to distribution, ensuring both quantity and quality of marketing-generated pipeline.
Identify and address gaps in the lead funnel process using data and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement a lead-scoring approach, monitor the entire funnel, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Analyze revenue-generating activities, leveraging data to improve processes and decision-making.
Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and ROI, driving informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue goals.
Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, partnering on strategy, implementation, and documentation.
Partner with Sales Enablement to drive change management for the GTM team on Sales Processes/Methodology/Playbooks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing technology stack, managing system configurations, integrations, and user training.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
7+ years of marketing and revenue operations experience in a B2B software company.
Strong proficiency in marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Marketo, and ZoomInfo.
Marketo certification preferred (not required); familiarity with ABM a plus.
Proven analytical skills with a focus on driving insights and decision-making.
Experience in process optimization and automation, with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Organized, self-driven individual with a track record of delivering measurable impact on marketing and sales performance.
