What you will do: You will be responsible for delivering all facets of classification activities throughout the Agency in partnership with the HR team. You will Provide leadership and management of the Classification and Compensation team. Responsibilities include day-to-day oversite of the Classification and Compensation programs through planning, implementing, and evaluating holistic approaches to service delivery. Oversee the implementation of HR processes and procedures to meet the priority of classification and compensation needs for OHA. Serve as a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team. This position belongs to the Principle Executive Manager D classification. The AA Salary Range is: $6,257.00 to $9,677.00. What's in it for you? What we are looking for: PROGRAM RELATED OPTION Supervision and Management Five years of experience in supervision, staff-technical, or professional-level work in Human Resources; OR two years of human resources experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (NOTE: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent course work (144 quarter or 96 semester hours) in a field related to management, such as Business or Public Administration, or a field related to the program of the employing agency, may be substituted for three years of the required experience, but will not substitute for the two years of specialized experience.) Desirable: Experience in managing and/or leading human resources programs PSHR-CP, SHRM-CP, PHR, SCHRP or equivalent certifications How to apply: Complete the online application.
