About The Role:
Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. The team is looking for experienced principal and senior level product managers to join the team that is responsible for calculating sales forecasts, generating insights, intelligence and proposing meaningful actions to users. You will drive strategy and execution on product capabilities that are central to how Outreach automates and assists our end users day to day workflows with knowledge.

\n- Drive the forecasting and revenue intelligence area for Outreach - defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the area
- Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers to define and validate an easy-to-use user experience for optimizing their sales process
- Define and own the core metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of optimization experiences
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers to develop insights and suggest actions based on knowledge gathered from data
- Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the work with the world
- 5+ (senior)/10+ (principal) years of experience building great products and platforms, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
- High intellectual horse-power, deeply analytical, high EQ, curious, process oriented.
- Knows the art (user love) and science (metrics based growth) of product management
- Strong analytical ability and data intuition; have built products and platforms that users love
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
- Strong user empathy, deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
- Experience working designers to provide elegant solutions
- Strong people skills; can hype up a team rally behind a common product mission
- Built, managed and maintained a product line in a related GTM motion in B2B/SaaS application stack
- Managed or participated in development of sales and revenue operations platform; preferably in the sales forecasting or revenue recognition areasBachelor's degree;
- MBA or related graduate degree preferred
