Responsibilities
- Answer customer support tickets promptly and accurately.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with efficiency and precision.
- Collaborate with the tech lead, fulfillment, and return processor to ensure seamless support resolutions.
- Maintain excellent ticket response time and accuracy
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, FAQs, company policies, and the system to provide comprehensive support.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Customer Service
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English
- Proven ability to follow through on tasks.
- Proficient in conflict resolution.
- Technical/product proficiency and knowledge.
