As a Cycling Expert Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the cycling industry. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to cycling products and services.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, email, and chat platforms.
