Salary Range: up to 2,000 USD per month
About the Role:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help support our clients as they scale out their operations and take on a variety of tasks within the tech space.
As Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the client, providing invaluable administrative and operational support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Email Management and Upkeep: Efficiently filter and manage emails, ensuring priority communications are highlighted.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, providing comprehensive insights.
- Booking and Scheduling:
- Manage calendars, book appointments, and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Post daily client events on the events calendar and Slack each day items to engineering
- Task Management: Organize tasks, prioritize activities, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and share suggestions and ideas to streamline operations.
Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:
- Initial meeting, introduction to the product
- Set up email filters and clean inbox
- Clean up our current CRM on Attio
- Start our search for our next office
- Experienced Executive Assistant: Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, including managing communications, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Masterful Project Manager and Coordinator: Ability to manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, to ensure activities are on track.
- Researcher: Strong research skills to provide data and actionable insights on relevant topics.
- Data Manager: Proficiency in maintaining and updating contact information and data in a database accurately.
- Process-oriented: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Highly Organized and Strong Communicator: Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools such as CRMs (Attio), project management tools (Asana, Trello), email and calendar management (Outlook, Gmail), communication platforms (Slack, Zoom)
