Promethean is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for partner marketing to help us drive business growth through channel partnerships.
The Channel Marketing Manager (CMM) works in a supporting role across the global channel marketing team to support and drive programs targeting customer acquisition and revenue growth for Promethean through the partner reseller and distribution channels.
As a champion of Promethean’s products, the CMM is responsible for delivering compelling channel content and campaigns that extend awareness of our solutions and enable partners to successfully position Promethean technology across the Education and Business sectors.
The CMM is responsible for supporting the execution of channel marketing programs globally and improving partner participation in those programs, which could include promotions, campaigns, and events in the field. They are chartered with supporting and executing processes for channel engagement and channel-led demand generation.
The CMM supports the delivery of relevant content to support the recruitment, enablement, growth, and retention of the Promethean partners in alignment with the business priorities.
\n- In collaboration with the global channel marketing team input into and support the development of quarterly and yearly multi-channel marketing plans to increase partner awareness and drive demand for Promethean hardware, accessories, and SaaS offerings in Pre-K-12 education, higher education, and business sectors.
- Work with the global channel campaign manager to publish campaign plans, consolidate calendars, and manage budgets.
- Work with the global channel campaign manager to implement email nurture campaigns to support the growth and retention of channel partners.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product launches and updates, incentive programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Support partner enablement through joint GTM planning and campaign implementation.
- Organize and lead live, virtual, and hybrid channel partner training events, working with global channel campaign managerto to ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
- Set goals and KPIs, forecast, measure, and analyze. and report on the impact of programs and events, and overall partner engagement.
- Support the build and maintenance of team reporting.
- Proactively engage with channel sales and marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of global, regional, and local marketing activities and communications.
- Support channel partner marketing activities built to expand knowledge, partner retention, and advocacy.
- Coordinate the delivery of partner enablement tools for product launches or releases. Communicate and educate the channel sales and field marketing team regarding new and planned marketing activities and programs.
- Manage resources on the Partner Portal and evaluate levels of engagement with content.
- Manage assigned budget and ensure spend is in line with the plan.
- 5+ years of experience in partner relationship management, working with channel sales, running events and marketing campaigns targeting business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience working with different types of partners.
- Experience in creating and delivering partner enablement programs and resources.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and track the success of partner marketing campaigns.
- Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads to meet competing deadlines.
- Strategic thinker and quick learner, with attention to detail and a curiosity for continuous learning
- Strong writing, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Innovative, resourceful, and creative program and project management.
- Ability to make recommendations and pivot quickly based on insight, experience, and data.
- Highly motivated and ability to respond to new and changing requirements.
- Experience in the IT/AV and/or SaaS space is a plus.
- Experience maintaining content on a partner relationship management (PRM) platform
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Vidyard, and WordPress, or similar platforms is advantageous
Salary £ 48,000 - 59,000 Plus Bonus Eligible.
