- Send out weekly newsletters and manage social media posts.
- Update spreadsheets and coordinate with contractors.
- Assist with client progress updates for social media.
- Create a weekly task list for the CEO
Requirements
- 2+ years of admin experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Canva, and Email Management (Zapier/Mailchimp)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
- Graphic design or web design skills are a plus
- English C1/C2
