ABOUT THE ROLE
- Guide clients through the adoption process of our advertising platform, ensuring maximum ROI and success in achieving marketing objectives.
- Lead the way in the advertising industry, staying ahead of trends and technological developments to drive client and vertical success.
- Work with team members to develop and manage short-term account plans aligned with client's direct response marketing goals.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and driving long-term partnerships.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including industry events, training sessions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, to expand knowledge and skills.
ABOUT YOU
- We expect you to have 2 years of experience in managing/overseeing and/or executing Meta and Google Ads
- Experienced in a client-facing role
- Native or Fluent English communication is a must (Spanish is a big plus)
- Self-starter and can work independently and with a team
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM
The CSM Brazil team has 5 CSMs who covers onboarding, auditing and supporting existing clients while the Sales team covers closing new deals. The team is very supportive, helpful, and collaborative, and you would take care of our e-commerce clients in the region.
