The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaigns across paid programs, organic social media, email, and other digital channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement with a strong focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and implement integrated digital marketing programs, including social media, email marketing, paid programs, online advertising, and targeted ABM initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement with key accounts.
- Create strategies and test digital channels to drive free trials of the runZero Platform, monitoring the downstream activation rates and conversion to opportunity.
- Craft and refine email campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and promoting offerings, ensuring optimal engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance across platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Exhibit flexibility, adapt to evolving priorities, and efficiently manage multiple projects with varying deadlines to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Rigorously measure the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities against ROI and KPIs, employing A/B testing, analytics tools, and ABM metrics for continuous optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge, with a focus on advancements in PLG and ABM strategies.
Skills You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and/or SaaS demand generation in the tech or security industry, with substantial experience in deploying successful PLG and ABM campaigns.
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense.
- Experience with a free trial, PLG go-to-market model.
- Understanding of enterprise technical buyers.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Salary Range: runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $125 -145K plus stock options.
