About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this position, you’ll create compelling content that brings Skyflow’s story to life and influences and inspires our target audience. Skyflow was founded to radically transform how businesses handle their customer’s personal data.
You’ll own content strategy and writing, grow our organic traffic, write compelling copy for ad campaigns, and develop high quality content across multiple channels. You will play a central and strategically important role at Skyflow, directly influencing pipeline generation and brand awareness.
The marketing team are storytellers, are highly collaborative, are energizers with deep empathy for our customers, and work cross-functionally with most areas of Skyflow. You should know what developers, architects, and CTOs care about.
Desired Qualification:
5+ years experience in content marketing for B2B SaaS technology products
Previous experience writing content for CTOs, architects, and CIOs
Excellent writer with the ability to share a clear and engaging narrative
Ability to synthesize information from disparate sources into a cohesive narrative understood by a non-technical and technical audience
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are continuously problem solving and looking for opportunities to improve processes and grow the business
Experience managing freelancers, including deliverables and timelines
Ability to understand a highly-technical product
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging demand gen assets to generate leads, from blog posts to ebooks, that support prospects throughout the buyer journey
Grow Skyflow’s organic traffic through content and SEO
Own copy across all external facing assets — ads, one pagers, social media, blogs
In collaboration with Skyflow’s executive team, develop thought leadership pieces and campaigns
Scale beyond yourself by leveraging freelancers, influencers, and internal teams to create and amplify content
Work proactively to build a deep understanding of our market, customers, and products
Collaborate with sales, demand, product marketing, and the rest of the marketing department
