About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in delivering value to our customers, actively participating in product work, research, positioning, and go-to-market. Product marketing works closely with many teams, incl. product management and marketing, to shape the direction of our products and the value we create for our customers and our business.
As a Product Marketing Manager your daily life will be incredibly varied. Everything you’re doing will play a crucial role in making sure that the largest number of users experience the value of our Product(s) as early and often as possible.
Goals:
A major focus of this role is adoption for our MarTech products, which can be measured in a number of different ways. Adoption is part of a healthy subscription business, and it influences metrics like activation, retention, MRR. We work based on quarterly OKRs and an example key result could be connected to the activation rate of new signups or amount of new feature users.
What you’ll be doing:

Conduct regular user research across variety of segments to have deep understanding of our users, and their pain points and to advocate for their needs throughout the product life cycle.

Understand our products’ functionality and value proposition and translate that into a messaging resonating with our target audience.

Own the story of our products on different channels based on best practices and customer insights of where, when and how target audience wants to hear from us (e.g. website, emails, in-app messages).

Monitor market and competitors to identify opportunities and threats

Create materials for Sales and Customer Success that highlight product features and benefits in close collaboration with Marketing team.

Launch new features well - be strategic, KPI-driven, and responsible for outcomes. Work cross-functionally with teammates across the company to deliver launches on time and at a high quality bar.

Focus on our self-serve funnel (acquisition, activation, retention)and build awareness for the core aspects of what makes the product experience great and valuable.
About you:

2 years in the product marketing roles or related experience for SaaS businesses.

Experience in global marketing, with focus on US and EMEA markets.

Write exceptionally well (in English).

Passionate about marketing technology and/or SaaS business.
