Responsibilities:
User Research/Surveys: Conduct user research and surveys to gather valuable insights.
Basic Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Email Communication: Manage email correspondence with users, including addressing inquiries and conducting fraud investigations.
Requirements:
Research Skills: Ability to design and execute user research and surveys.
Analytical Skills: Competence in conducting basic data analysis.
Communication: Excellent email communication skills for interacting with users.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially when investigating potential fraud.
Tech Startup Experience (Bonus): Experience in a tech startup environment is advantageous.
