This role will fall under The Global Talent Co company, which has successfully placed remote talents for opportunities in Europe and the US. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, exceptional time management abilities, and a strong attention to detail. As a Virtual Assistant/ Recruiter, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by efficiently and effectively managing tasks in a remote work environment, whilst utilizing your expertise to build high-performing teams across various industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Screening: Identify and attract qualified candidates within Argentina by utilizing various channels; conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assist candidates’ skills, experience etc.

2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

3. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.

6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly in a professional manner.

7. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via email, phone, or other communication channels.

8. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs).

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Argentina's employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment for remote work.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
