Summary: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will report into the VP of Product Marketing. You will also drive growth of our flagship product offerings using a deep understanding of product value, strategy, competitive differentiation, and buyer and user personas. You'll work on defining and building a world-class sales and partner GTM, as well as account-based marketing campaigns for Transfr products. You will be the core driver of sales plays, launch initiatives, sales enablement, and highly visible marketing and enablement activities. You will work closely with the Product team, Sales, Customer Success, as well as the marketing organization to build and execute on your plans.

\n- GTM planning and orchestration: You will build, run, and be the central orchestration point on product launches, being accountable for bringing the right people together to execute on a plan of record that achieves our goals and OKRs. You will coordinate and plan with Product team and the Project Management Organization (PMO) to achieve key milestones and ensure launch deliverables are high-quality and on-message.
- Messaging and positioning: For Transfr product and industry solutions, you will drive core messaging and positioning that is anchored on Transfr’s differentiation and value. Using best practices for message development, you will mine market data, customer input, and quantitative research to gather, test, and optimize messages that communicate the value of our products and resonate with the needs of our customer audience. You will select a messaging strategy aligned with the needs of the business, work with stakeholders across the company to land the correct messaging throughout all outbound communications,
- Sales enablement: You will empower our Sales, SDR, and Customer Success organizations (revenue-generating teams) with solution-specific content and sales enablement materials, including case studies, white papers, data sheets, and sales presentations. You will also take a lead role in training our sellers on the product, its unique selling proposition, core messaging, and selling motion tied to our customers’ buying cycle. Using field feedback and data, you will recommend what optimal sales plays, enablement and content map should be working across all key stakeholders and aligning Sales leadership. Our teams will look to you to recommend strategy, content, and enablement solutions to facilitate a more efficient and effective buying cycle.
- Customer marketing: You will partner with internal product and marketing (creative, demand gen) teams to create cohesive customer journeys and campaigns that enhance customer experience and retention. You will also drive awareness of Transfr products in the market through defining a compelling narrative and engaging with key influencers and industry analysts. Success in this area will be evident as you create fans and advocates and help them tell their story.
- Product evangelism and strategy: Become a true expert on the product area(s) you look after, and build innovative technology showcases for Transfr products. You will be an expert on the market itself as well as the product/solution so you can influence product plans, help sellers understand the customer journey, and empathize with the user experience so you can translate the roadmap and new business dynamics into actionable marketing activities.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience in Product Marketing or other related GTM function tasked with creating effective go-to-market strategies to help field teams be effective.
- You are a strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution and possess the project management skills (with attention to detail) to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, interdependencies, and moving deadlines. You have the ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions.
- Experience working with and implementing project management tools and systems to track and manage multiple workstreams (e.g.Trello, Asana, Monday).
- Comprehensive knowledge of production requirements for a diverse array of projects and assets, such as pitch decks, demo videos, one-pagers, email sequences, RFP booklets, competitive battle cards, white papers, ebooks, and case studies.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and be a self-starter.
- Experience developing messaging, positioning, and product value propositions with strong communication, presentation, and writing skills: you are a storyteller who can craft and deliver messages that resonate, even with complex technical topics
- Analytical skills: to analyze marketing, sales, and market data to measure marketing success.
- Experience using Slack, Salesforce, Google apps.
- MBA preferred
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $140,000 and $150,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role may be eligible for additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
