POSITION SUMMARY
*This role is a 3 month contract.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to measure and deliver quality assessment while eliminating bias
- Provide guidance across our teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers
- Build candidate pipelines and talent networks across roles to help identify best-in-class talent
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates with a clean hand-off to Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Manage and communicate accurate reporting as per the determined cadence
- Hyper focus on a disciplined process that provides a positive candidate experience
- Lead all recruitment cycles aligned with company commitments and practices
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Experience working with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience recruiting roles within GTM orgs at a B2B SaaS organization preferred
