About the role:
At Winona, we are seeking for a dynamic full-time remote Patient Outreach Representative to join our patient care team, focusing on telehealth services. This role is integral in reaching out to prospective patients who have already shown interest in our services.
Seniority Level: Entry-Mid Level
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with prospective patients to promote our telehealth offerings.
Deliver informative and persuasive presentations via phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential patients.
Achieve targets through effective communication.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience.
Strong phone communication skills; must be confident and articulate.
Interest in or experience with women's health.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work on Pacific Time Zone (PST).
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in the medical field.
Experience using Slack, Airtable, Justcall, and Mixpanel.
