Our client, a dynamic company in the beauty and wellness products industry, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ecommerce strategy, managing online operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Oversee the management of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Optimize the online customer journey, including site navigation, product pages, and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
- Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as payment gateways and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in ecommerce.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the beauty and wellness products industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience in project management within the beauty and wellness products industry or a related field.
