Overview of the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Website Operations and Project Manager to elevate our eCommerce site’s functionality, stability, and customer experience. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee site operations, manage integrations, and lead quality assurance, collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience. Responsibilities:
1. Website Operations, Customer Experience and Vendor Coordination
- Oversee site functionality, performance monitoring, and user experience improvements using tools like Microsoft Clarity and Noibu.
- Implement upgrades that make our website intuitive and engaging, continuously enhancing the customer journey.
- Coordinate with key vendors (Kalio Commerce, Fulfil ERP, Yotpo, Noibu, CRO agency) to align projects with business and operational goals.
2. Project and Issue Management
- Lead project workflows to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with a focus on customer experience.
- Serve as the main communicator across teams, sharing updates and insights to support informed decision-making.
3. Quality Assurance and Testing
- Own QA/QC processes, conducting comprehensive testing on site updates, ERP integrations, and third-party tools.
- Perform regression testing and resolve technical issues to ensure site reliability and a smooth customer experience.
4. Data and Analytics Oversight
- Manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics setups, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs like conversion rates and AOV, driving data-based customer experience enhancements.
Success Measures:
- Key Metrics: Achieve improvements in conversion rates, AOV, and maintain high service levels for project and issue resolution, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Performance Benchmarks: Ensure site stability and optimal user experience through rigorous QA/QC processes, meeting uptime and load time goals.
- Experience in eCommerce project management, website operations, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance, testing, and customer experience optimization, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and data performance tracking.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Basecamp is a plus.
- Nice-to-Have: Technical SEO knowledge to support search visibility and organic traffic growth.
