Scope of the role:
The e-commerce coordinator will be crucial in driving our online sales growth and enhancing the customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of our apparel brand and contribute to its success in the competitive e-commerce and apparel landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns. Launch landing pages for various marketing campaigns.
- Optimise Site Performance: Ensure optimal navigation and user experience on desktop, mobile, and app platforms. Update the mobile app to align with the website content.
- A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization: Set up and manage A/B tests for post-purchase upsells. Utilise data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
- Mobile App Management: Handle mobile app push notifications. Drive mobile app sales and conversion rate growth. Monitor KPIs
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse traffic, customer behaviour, and product sales trends. Provide actionable insights based on analytics to enhance sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and launch sitewide sales with the site ops and merchandising team. Work closely with website development, digital product, and UX/UI design teams.
- Landing Page and Promotional Content Creation: Create and optimise landing pages for promotional campaigns. Implement and manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special collection pages.
- Shopify Management: Configure and optimise Shopify apps to enhance site functionality. Ensure high accuracy in promotional setup and implementation.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure a cohesive and engaging customer experience across all digital platforms. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey and satisfaction.
- Project Management: Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks and initiatives.
- Creative Development: Develop innovative on-site promotional and marketing strategies. Think outside the box to solve problems resourcefully and effectively.
- C1 English proficiency Level both written and spoken (Must Have)
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce site operations. (Must have)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving key performance metrics in an e-commerce environment. (Must have)
- Extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform (Must have)
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
- Strong digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Slack and Asana is a must.
