Our client is located in Mayfield, KY. They currently own and operate over 50 restaurants in multiple states. They are in a rapid growth period with many more locations opening by the end of the fiscal year. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client's team. This is a full-time opportunity and working hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the assigned Human Resource (HR) area/region, including heavy hiring and interviewing, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, enhancing workforce retention and managing risk. The HR Generalist will contribute to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting in support of business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Heavy recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions utilizing AI technology.
- Collaborates Store Leaders to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Ensures new hires have all the information, tools and resources needed to be successful.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent
management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. - Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Active partner with store leadership involving investigations, issues, etc.
- Manages turnover for assigned area by hiring right people, paying attention to store issues, employee engagement, and being a proactive business partner for leaders.
- Ensures I-9 compliance.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Manages all WC, FMLA, LOA for assigned stores and ensures compliance at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $900 - $1200
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Eastern Time
