Description
We are seeking a remote HR Admin - Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for our client's growing fast-food restaurant chain. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for hourly and management positions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment channels to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates for hourly and management positions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- ATS Management: Optimize and maintain the company's applicant tracking system to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Job Posting: Create and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- HR Administrative Support: Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed, such as downloading footage for incident reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the fast-food or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with remote work is preferred.

- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $900 - $1100 / month
