We seek a skilled and experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive HR and Payroll support to our organization. With a focus on leveraging data for decision-making and ensuring a positive workplace culture, you'll be integral in enhancing our HR practices and outcomes. This role reports to our Head of People.
\n- HR Technology and Systems Management: I maintained and updated the HRIS accurately. I used HR analytics to generate reports and insights for decision-making. I implemented and managed HR software tools to improve efficiency in HR operations.
- Employee Relations and Support: Address employee queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and assist in resolving conflicts.
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and other perks in collaboration with Finance
- Manage the payroll process for Malta and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Support the salary and benefits benchmarking process to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in or lead HR projects to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to enhance HR practices and outcomes.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Tech savvy and proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, and other HR software tools like Deel, Lever, and OfficeVibe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with labour laws and regulations in different jurisdictions including Malta
- Experience with HR analytics and data interpretation.
