Position: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week (exible 3-4 hours per day)
Salary : $7 per hour plus generous commissions
Commission: Likely commission $200-$400 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation. You will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads in targeted industries.
- Manage and update leads in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via email, social media, and other platforms to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads based on predened criteria and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.
- Maintain strong communication with prospects and respond to inquiries promptly (if needed over the phone)
- A minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in lead generation or a related eld.
- Prociency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with minimal to no accent, ensuring clarity in interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and strategies is a plus.
