The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. This role offers a unique chance to work remotely with a Silicon Valley-based company, contributing to our mission of connecting top sales talent with exciting opportunities in the tech world.
What You'll Do
Manage LinkedIn communication, maintaining inbox zero and responding to messages within 1 hour
Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messages using templates and AI tools
Create visually appealing social media content using Canva templates
Post engaging announcements on LinkedIn, X, and other social media platforms
Handle various administrative tasks within the scope of a Virtual Assistant role
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Business Recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency or tech startup
Strong copywriting skills for creating appealing job descriptions and social media content
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Perplexity, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian is a plus)
Strong time management skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection for remote work
Ideally, ability to work US working hours

Level 1 - 15-min video interview with the Recruiting Team Lead (General fit. Q&A)
Level 2 - 15-min take-home assignment (Skills assessment)
Level 3 - 45-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (Final)
Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
