We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage and optimize our online marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring product listings are accurate, monitoring store performance, and supporting expansion into new e-commerce platforms. Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Optimization – Ensure accurate product information and optimize listings across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Tracking – Support inventory replenishment and fulfillment across multiple platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key metrics for Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, providing actionable insights.
E-Commerce Expansion – Assist in launching on additional platforms like Target.com and Flipkart.
Store Compliance & Audits – Conduct regular checks to ensure marketplace best practices and troubleshoot issues.
Competitor & Trend Research – Stay updated on new e-commerce trends and marketplace opportunities for growth.
Customer Review Management – Monitor customer feedback, respond to negative reviews, and support brand reputation management.
Must-Have Skills:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
Strong knowledge of Amazon catalog management, case filing, and listing issue resolution.
Familiarity with Shopify backend operations, order processing, and inventory management.
Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze performance data and generate insights.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work EST hours (New York Time).
Nice-to-Have Skill:
Experience with TikTok Shop or other emerging e-commerce platforms.
