We are currently seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist to join our US-based e-commerce client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Amazon's FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program, optimizing listings, and driving sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all aspects of the FBA program, including inventory management, listings, and customer service.
- Create engaging and optimized product listings that improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential products, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales, including Amazon PPC advertising.
- Analyze data and generate reports to assess marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Specialist or in a similar role within e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's FBA program, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and proficiency in utilizing its various tools and reports.
- Solid knowledge of PPC campaigns and strategies to optimize advertising spend.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in product sourcing and supplier management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management software.
